Hi Carole,
How are you launching BrowseMaster after restarting? From the start menu, desktop, Windows startup group, or some other way?

What kind of machine do you have, i.e. processor speed and memory? What operating system and version?

What happens if you double click on the BrowseMaster icon in the task bar after you get the "cant connect to server" message? And do you get a pop-up menu if you right click on that icon?
