Remember the only insiders to sell were the LBO guys who owned the stock at a price of around $4. I think it speaks well for the prospects of the company that none of the executives sold and remember this stock has been from 12 to 20 back to 12 two times. Wedbush put out a report on the stock and DLJ also covers the stock - To be honest the Montgomery analyst is absolutely clueless - I know the story better than she does. The stock is a great buy at these levels - international sales in the asian markets are on fire look for stellar growth in these areas in the next qtr report. Also have you heard of any company in retail that had same store comps of +15% as vans did - That is incredible.
