Hello Perry and Lauren,
I would like to address the issue of missing chart data. If you ever feel that there is missing data in your chart history, PLEASE call customer support immediately to report it. We will lock the server out and have you repoint to a new chart server. We will then insure that after the close all data will be correct for the next trading day on the server that was missing it. Please have the server # and the data that is missing, when calling. The same holds true for splits, and missing symbols which can be fixed on the fly intra-day.
We all want the same thing a system that is the most accurate and stable in the business, and the more we can interact together the stronger we will all be.
