Based upon what I've seen & heard, my opinion is that there is a glaring lack of management discipline within HDIE. I know that these are strong words, however consider the following......A. the slide began when insiders started selling (I don't blame them for taking a profit, it's just the way they did it. I still think they should've borrowed the money); 2. The acknowledgement from the IR person in a conversation I had where she said that they've been told by many people that, as a company, HIE doesn't communicate well. When they've been told this many times, why don't they do something about it?? 3. Earlier this week when I called Murrie, it was like talking to a rock. When I suggested that he issue a statement like "there is no reason that we know of for the stock to be dropping so precipitously" or a statement indicating there is a reason......his response was "I appreciate your interest" and "we need all our stockholders". We must face up to the fact that, so far, IR tactics & strategies don't seem to exist in his executive repertoire of skills.

Does anyone know about the competency of the internal employee who is handling IR for the company?? How about the external IR firm?

My opinion is that we should all be concerned about the company's ability to communicate its story more effectively to the investment community.
