To All, AT&T to offer the largest debt issue ever. This indebtedness of corporations and consumers has gone past nutburger time. The empty suits on CNBS seem to think it is a good thing that one of the largest cos. in the world does not have the operating cash flow to fund their capital spending. Or, even part of their capital spending. Pretty scary. MB
