Anyone have any take on IHGP ? Merging with Stockgroup.com. Next week combined entity will trade under symbol IHGP. (I-Tech Holdings Group) I-Tech incorporated in Colorado says it has provided web site development consulting for the past 2 years, previously they were environmental consultants. Shares had not traded publicly for past several years but resumed trading Wednesday at $ 9 mark. Sound hokey ? Stockgroup.com based in Vancouver. Hmmmmmmmmm....any ideas?
