I hope it's not me that's confusing you!

The point I was trying to make was that if Aber sold their stake in Camsell JV (at this time 32%) to a take over candidate, that take over candidate would still have to negotiate with WSP to exert an influence on events. Buying 10 or 20% of WSP on the market wouldn't carry any additional property rights.
