Salomon Smith Barney Upgraded FRO today.

In a so far seemingly under-reported event, Salomon's Jack Grubman upgraded FRO to a buy and raised his target price from $50.50 to $80. Grubman is one of the most highly regarded telecommunications analysts and this will get more play before too long, IMO.

Very upbeat 6 page report. He believes the deal makes a lot of sense for both companies and FRO will be part of a company that will be a major participant in global bandwidth growth curve a major global enterprise.
