Ok here is the OTC scoop - ROTFLMAO I never trade it - I lost a bundle on PLAS - I had a sell order in at .39 that time and never got filled even though it was trading at .40 for a while. I sold at .16 So today' story is I want to bail and out in a sell at .43 - weel the bid changes to .44x.45 and I still dont see a fill so I call the borker - still open they tell me so I get to change it to .44 and get filled. LOL
