Can you tell me how to complete Schedule D to report the premium received for writing call options in 1998 which expire in 1999? How to describe this in column (a)? How to enter the date acquired and date sold? Did I "acquire" it the date that I "wrote" the call and received the premium or was that the "date sold" in column (c)? Rex
