Ken: Will you re-think that one more time? 3 years ago what was the o/s issue? what did they say that they held in projects? what happend to eveyone of them? how much money was made on each project? why did the outstanding issue double? What was done with the projects given to FIRE? How much will NPEC have to pay to buy back the holdings that were given to FIRE? just some questions for more 3 year DD. on topic.
