First time posting - long time shareholder and have spoken with the company on many occasions also. We WILL put this behind us and IMO the company will be stronger from a PR standpoint having been able to withstand the SEC inquiry which will bring them more credibility.

It is very unfortunate that it had to happen this way and "the perception" when a halt occurs is negative but the company needs to respond to the charges in a professional manner when they can.

One more thing FWIW IMO the company needs to speak with one voice - Irwin is a good spokesperson but should be more conservative - positive surprises are good but when the mark is missed then credibility and doubt comes into people's minds. I also think the company should institute a policy NOT to reply to Emails as they get misinterpreted and the emotion of the sender comes forth ie Alex's - telling shareholders if they don't like it to sell is certainly not good PR and then the comments get posted on the World Wide Web - emphasis on World Wide. Most companies do not respond to investors via email. Press releases are the vehicle.

Anyway looking forward to the company trading again and becoming FULLY REPORTING. Once the SEC issue is resolved this should be their #1 priority to start the process of getting off the BB.

My $.02.

Good luck to all
