Zulutech.com and esvs.com web sites... scandalous already!
Each site makes the following claim:
"This web site is not affiliated with either Zulu-Tek or Enhanced Services Company, Inc., but is maintained by a group of individuals who own a significant number of ZULU common shares."
Yet, each site is, in fact, registered to the respective company.
How stupid do they think people are?
I wouldn't count on any objectivity from these web sites.
The companies are treading into some very dangerous waters with this. If they make these claims of independence while maintaining ownership of the domain, and then run censored discussion threads, I would expect NASDR and the SEC to be VERY interested in this activity.
You can be sure that they will be alerted.
Will these sites assent to the nightly NASDR surveillence that SI and other public forums have agreed-to?
If the company did NOT register these sites, they should be alerted that a third-party has registered sites in their name. I do note that the contact name is different than for their other sites.
