SeaMed, a medical equipment contract manufacturer similar to Colorado MEDTech has been purchased... which I think indicates Colorado MEDTech would be a very attractive acquisition, it's in a much better financial position than SeaMed. I'm glad the company recently setup the anti-takeover measure to ensure shareholders will get the best negotiation possible if an acquirer appears. "SeaMed sold in stock deal to Wisconsin firm" Electronics-instrument maker SeaMed announced it will be purchased by Wisconsin-based Plexus for up to $83 million in stock. archives.seattletimes.com
