Shares Outstanding In the Unaudited Jan 99 qtr which I am looking at right now. It states Av number of shares outstanding 29,562,819 The qtr ending Sept 98 showed roughly 30.6 million. They may have retired some shares which might have been in the trading accounts. Skip
