Book idea is great. Having a plan to act on is too. I think your suggestion of the three items is a plan that I would agree whole heartedly with. It is a good step to change, but I would put a time limit on it so that in 2 years a new BOD should be elected if we don't see reults. Also, if your idea cannot get accepted by the current BOD, then a new BOD should be elected immediately. Opine, please.
