Hey Gary Dobry next time you get sued, Make sure you do not call the opposing council and inform them you are not SPIDER VALDEZ. Plus, Gary, there is NO counter suit. LOL, get real. Doyou even know what one is? LOLOLOLOL. You really are lost aren't you. You'd beter call your lawyer. You need to be brought up to speed on the facts of this case before you continue further. then what a counter suit is. I have not decided to file one as of yet. That will be determined by my lawyer in due time. As for you, lol, in due time as well.
