I would not short it. Companies that are doing the offering will support the stock price. After the offering institutions will support the stock, then some analyst after the cooling off period will most likely put a buy on the stock. The analysts for some strange reason are from the same firms that did the secondary. I have seen it happen time and time again. floyd
