I've been contacted by PM by Ralph LaBarge of N.B. Digital, who says that he owns the zulutech.com and esvs.com domains, and has submitted the paperwork to change the registered owner. He didn't say how he came upon ownership of those domains - that is, whether they have been his all along, or if he obtained them in some agreement with the companies. I passed on the results of my own prior research, which suggests that he will need notarized letters from ESVS and ZULU officials to effect this. This gets more and more intriguing by the minute!
