daaan. I know you posted to Monte. Your point about the strenght of the release. With the legal counsel they ahve, and with the cureent legal status for the company, it is impressive that they did the release. Obviously they had to have permission from legal counsel and THAT means the 8K is being filed ( legalism ) As for the filing with the court, I am sure that has been done as legal counsel would not approve the release. In fact, i wouldnt be surprised to see a dismissal or withdrawl pop up. My opino0n only, based on logic and legalities. If anyone of those debenture holders are still short the stock it would go to show how viscious they are. In fact, i doubt they are short. Frankly, if they were smart, they would be buying the stock. I am pumped.
