Cheap Tickets (CTIX): initial public offering of retail seller of discount airline tickets prices at $15, well above the $11 to $13 proposed range.... intends to offer 3.65 million shares in its IPO expected tonight. Underwriters William Blair & Co. and Dain Rauscher Wessels have an over-allotment option on 525,000 additional shares. Cheap Tickets is planning its public debut at the same time highly anticipated online women's community iVillage Inc.
