Robin, the market did not move the stock because the news was anticipated long in advance and there was very little detail. The nice thing is that there is not a large "sell the new" decline. IMO you are correct in the timing of your new purchase because I expect at we could see institutional buying coming at any time. By the time the small investor begins to figure what is going on, the stock would be $4. Small investors hate chasing a stock, I won't. Whether the run occurs this week or three months, we all know that it will happen. A double in 2-3 months is excellent investing IMO.
