Jacq-- But by the time Ballard issues all those shares we'll have a different class of shares for Nancy, Tyler, Ken, John A., Dave S, Subash, and Subenduh which will own all the votes in the company. Haven't you read your proxy? Will we see you in Kettering? What great things are shaking in the world of teensy weensy spheres of nickel hydroxide? Are those spheres getting smaller as Mr. Fetcenko hoped in Ft. Lauderdale?
