well, i thought you were neutral before but now it seems your pretty self serving. When this stock was in the low teens you were waiting for an entry point. well you nevr got in and it went into the low 20's and poof you dissapeared, now your back telling everyone to sell and get out. I know the point here is not to crow about anyones individual trades but a lot of us made money because we believed in Verity and saw the earnings upside - we were rewarded pretty well last quarter. In the short term its dumb luck but VRTY retraced its low in the past 6 months several times after hitting new highs. Richard is right, the fundamentals remain the same - the cognisoft merger is a question mark but when a company is this small any wave will rock the boat.
