ALTAIR INTERNATIONAL INC has filed a Form 10-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Click on the following hyperlink to view this filing: freeedgar.com From the 10-K: "From a financial and accounting standpoint, the Company is a development stage firm and has been since its inception. To date, the Company has derived no revenues from product sales or otherwise and has experienced an operating loss in every year of operation. In the fiscal year ended December 31, 1998, the Company experienced operating losses of $1,762,088." Congratulations to the management of Altair are in order for a perfect record extending back now 25 years, I believe, of no sales and an operating loss reported every single year of the company's existence.
