Slotman, Yes. Originally, I thought the accounting would have to take place within days after the new cusip # was in place, but the true accounting of shares will happen 30 days after the new symbol started trading. This would explain why there is still major manipulation of the price occurring before PABN starts a major price correction based on the strengthening company profile (and obviously any naked shorting activity - which will be the HUGE plus here when this 30 days is up very soon). What was the exact date we started trading PABN? I'd like to start my countdown...
