They would, but do you notice the SEC tends to leave the big houses alone and worry about small fry.

Another interesting note about this farce of a downgrade. Wasn't announced until well after 10am.

And they say BB stocks are manipulated. Who's willing to bet Robbie Stephens upgrades this stock in the near future, after all the weak hands have been extorted.
