Franz, Lets hope TCI is ready for the rush. This could really juice the subscriber numbers. I think targeted marketing is an excellent idea. Cheap and effective. Berkeley is the perfect city to embrace @Home technology. I've often complained that TCI wasn't carrying it's weight in the @Home rollout. Providers like Cox and Comcast were much more aggressive. Yet, they could only do so much. TCI has to step up. Is TCI doing this kind of focused marketing anywhere else in the Bay area?
