Hi Sun, I sold because I feel I can do much better with this money positioned in a different stock. TDFX is a great company but it's stock price does not follow it's market performance and there are too many variables at the moment. The ads are exciting, I'm looking forward to Voodoo3 and I like the new branding. The combination of STBI and TDFX also looks promising for OEM wins. However, none of these things IMHO will bring "TDFX the stock" up to a level that makes it hold it's own in my portfolio. It's time for me to accept this and make other investments. I've already held this stock for too long based on sentimental reasons. I can no longer afford the opportunity cost of being invested in a stock that underperforms the rest of my portfolio. I should say that I do believe TDFX will go up with considerable good news (OEM wins), but I won't be holding the stock any longer to enjoy that. Regards, Stuart
