And of course, the CNBC folk do not realize that we already have considerable excess capacity in telecom, with one layer after another of capability.

I see the telecom sector as following a similar hump-like curve, that is similar in shape to what the semi/PC sector is following, except it is displaced by a year. Motorola not just on radar, it is currently experiencing a "lock-on". Others entering edge of radar screen nicely.
