Susie: Go in and talk to him explain politely (as you always are) you want the $750 he promised you, and present him with a bill for his failed trades and sloppy work. When he won't pay politely KICK HIS ASS<ggg>. Seriously when he won't pay open the yellow pages and find a local NASD Arbitrator, and have them file arbitration over this. Brokers have a very high standard of care, and the way he has treated you he will certainly loose. You might want to look up suretrade, they are pretty damn good, and at $7.95/5000 shares a good deal. Took me 6 days from submission to getting my account set up & running. Then no more BS. 40, Korean Descent, and fiesty...Hmmmm Brian
