Razor,one thing for sure is I do believe in turnarounds,at least now,since I missed the awesome run on Verity from the brink of collapse after they hired a turnaround specialist to run the company. My background is very,very distant from MBA Harvard,I avoided business courses near en todo and am now crash studying the self help books,so there is nothing I can actually contribute,but I can offer up those I see,and scratch my head and wonder if they could possibly turn ---Centura Software is one,they do have a turnaround company desperately trying to save them from oblivion,but my non-expert opinion is they are probably doomed. The moldy oldies like SEW(Singer) and Z of course are of interest also. Will continue to lurk.Max
