Christine:

You are too good to be responding to some of
these boys. Save your energy for the DD.

Here are some things to consider:
(i dont have time to give all the figures
to back this up, but you can read the threads
if you are really interested)

IMOT, GTCI and XNET
are three OTC companies - ISPs in China.
In my humble opinion, all three are just about equal
at the moment.

xnet and gtci are allegedly well run and trying
to manage and develop a serious business.

xnet makes more money than imot.

so why is imot more expensive?
imot was about the same price as the rest a couple of weeks ago.
The price jumped through the roof when the imot personnel
began to tell anyone that called that they had some
big announcement brewing. They told any joe or gill who
called that they were up to something. I can imagine that
they also told their big investors the same thing.
They hinted (did not say conclusively) that they might be negotiating
with amzn and other big names.

This started the run on the stock and some of us were lucky
to make a lot of money by cashing in- me included.

IMHO, it seemed to me that the company, by hinting at an announcement was hyping its own stock. SEC regulations are that all
investors should have a fair chance at receiving "material" information more or less at the same time. IMO, what the company did was wrong. If you go back to the beginning of this thread, you will see people reporting on their conversations with the company.

I think that the imot run helped xnet get a good run by the end of last week. Some of us made money here too. gtci's price was not affected (i dont know why)- so some of us did not make money here. ha ha

So, in conclusion:
-if you short imot, you may get stung if they come out with an announcement stating they are now parnered with amzn and other big names.

- if you buy long, you may have to stay long.

I think xnet is a much better buy at the moment. gtci will also have its day in the sun in the coming months.

imot will still be good for daytrades when they come up with an announcement.

I hope this is helpful. I have to go do my taxes. And please, dont hurt my feelings by responding to some of these boys... just kidding.

But horrible things have been said to me when i make bearish interpretations. The best way to stop it is to leave them hanging. And I admit, this is hard to do.
