I assure you, you have no case against me. There is a specific law that protects me and my clients from people like you. This law states that someone is not allowed to sue someone else (if they feel it could be detrimental to them) if there is a legitimate reason to sue an individual in the first place. YOur time and money would be further wasted by your interest in such a ludicrous endeavor. I would love to hear what your attorney had to say, and I assure you Mr. M. is not a happy camper because he has replied to our demands and wishes to possibly settle. I am not interested in settling with him but will, if the amount is in excess of which I have asked. If PM was legit, he would have gone public (like he has said) " I can go public as soon as this lawsuit is dropped", and if what I was doing wasn't, he would of been public already. Good luck, you will need it, it seems like you are just as rediculous as Mr. M. and go down with the ship. Waste your time as you wish, while I am making my clients happy.
