Diller is no fool, but DW is not either, if he resigned he had to have something going already. Hiring Morgan Stanley is also a good sign. If he resigned I am sure he could put a deal together in the low 100's but is looking for a good one, he could go in with 10% more of LCOS and the other partner or partners with the rest, few properties like Lycos left out there, DW knows he cant fail, he must have some form of commintment.
