Hi Rob; Click the CHPS thread on the previous page. There were some good insights on your question on Feb. 13. S3 (SIII) was mentioned which is a good play anytime it gets around 16 1/2. INTL seems a bit pricy to me but the forcasts look good. There is comptetition but CHPS seems able to stay on the cutting edge. Then again my opinion may be biased at this point. Don
