I think that it was the classic sell the news and probably some concern about slowing PC sales, though I would not expect that to impact GNSS all that much. Also, while I am going to defer to DM as the resident expert, I think that the stock price has gotten a little bit ahead of the results. Bear in mind that this the stock has run up from around 10 at the beginning of November.

Their press release talks about third quarter sequential earnings growth of 35%. If they can duplicate that during the fourth quarter, their year end results will come in at $.77 per share. However, those results are not taxed. Knock off 35% for taxes and you have $.50 per share and a PE of 60. Probably a bit pricey. As I said in an earlier post, I am keeping this company on my radar screen and will be back in if it falls into the mid-20s. This is a great company and I wish that I had stumbled across it last fall. Good luck.
