Had trouble downloading the prospectus last night through Schwab IPO Dept.,but I made the phone call today to Schwab to place an order. First question was..."have you read the prospectus" I answered "yes" Next question..."What is the risk factors" . Well, I he-hawed around and responded "like a vegas crap table" Then the rep stated that I must answer with the risk factor that the prospectus contains according to SEC regulations. I further inquired was this the only fill in the blank question that I would be requirred to answer, which he responded "yes". Can someone tell me the "risk factor"?
