You should visit China Telecomm.'s web site. It has LU all over it. Though not sure LU will prefer to do CDMA. LU is neutral on any thing. I did not even see ERICY's banner on its web site,

Going back when China's President visited US last time; the only private company he visited is LU. That told you how LU could play a role in China. Too bad politics was and is in the way.
