He will have a much bettertime explaining the 8,000 emails he sent out each one a violation of Securities law..and that quote in Money magazinbe about trading on insider info on JCPenny or whatever is nice too..Nut the best thing is how he is going to explain how he can take a fee fotr giving finacila advice without being a registered Financial advisor..and I suggest you keep your self hidden till the invcestigation is over..
