To All:

Been a while since I've left a post. Haven't really had anything intelligent to say. But I wanted to let everyone know that I had e-mailed Richard LeBel some questions and thought I would post Richard's replies here for everyone to see. Maybe we can make some more non-believers into believers.

*** 1996 financial statements have just been completed and should be ready very shortly. Earnings reports should be ready within a few months.

*** The reason that no one can find anything on HCCA in the Edgar database is because it must be submitted in electronic format in order for it to show up there. HCCA did not file it electronically. It will however be listed electronically in Edgar soon.

*** There are NO reverse splits being considered at this time nor in the near future. HCCA does plan on working toward a NASDAQ listing, however it is quite a way from doing so. They are not speculating on how to meet NASDAQ requirements, but are going to have to wait a few weeks to see what happens.

*** Reno headquarters will be set up within a couple of months. The office in Florida was converted from a residence. I'm sure you have all seen residences in older areas converted to businesses. I don't think this is a bad thing.

*** HCCA is planning to send out a lot of news within the next two months and have appropriatly planned to send out through a couple of internet news services. PRNewswire will be one of them which is updated on Yahoo.

I hope that this makes some of you feel better. I think that Mr. LeBel is trying very hard and I for one appreciate his effort to stay in contact with investors. For those of you who are having trouble e-mailing him, keep trying. I got to him from rjl@interlog.com.

I've been reading this thread from the start, and I appreciate the usable information that some of you have posted. I just wanted to do my part also, without getting involved in a small war.

Go HCCA!!!
