That's exactly what I said. My question to you is whom will you blame when Del is no longer around?

I suggest you get a copy of SEC regulations on market risk and investor warnings. CEO's are not legally binding by law to give investors assurances, I think it may even be illegal to do so.

"Del was here talking up his last brilliant brainstorm flop BORL -> INPR. Where is he now ?"

He just announced share buyback after market close I guess he forgot you were on this threat else he probably would have chatted before making public announcement.
