As I feared, we have some very real profit-taking going on over the past 7-10 trading days.

This is a classic pattern:

My opinion: a break out above this general level is not likely to happen until we see a *simultaneous* rise in the price and a rise in the Money Flow. It's going to take some buying power to break through the overhang here. Of course, an announcement of verifiable progress toward becomeing a listed stock ... but alas I become like a broken record here.
