No kidding, this thing has been dead in the water lately. I've been adding to my already sizable position each time it sinks 1/4 point. I did that with VLSI last Fall and almost tripled my investment. I'm hoping to do the same here. Talked to IR who assured me that ALU will either do a private placement or IPO. The guy I spoke with prefered a private placement and he made a good case for why this was preferable to going public. However, the private placement option is contingent on finding investors who could contribute to building the company in other ways as well. Going public was the second of the only two options ALU is reportedly considering (at least it's in the top two). The guy at IR felt that either scenerio would ultimately benefit shareholders, one perhaps later (and to a greater extent) than the other.
