He was giving a target for shorting NETE @ $14 and claiming he had a short position @ 14. He's an experienced trader. I was sceptical that he had such a position and had alterior motives for his reco. Some p&ders have made short recos. before on this thread with the hopes of getting a squeeze out of it. I thought this was the case.
