What i am telling you is that it is Aber's position that the JV agreement states that the operator must bill them and they did not. As none of us have read the agreement, I was merely trying to get their side of the story... Teevee and yourself are refusing to see that there is another side...you cannot simply assume that WSP is taking a correct action.. furthermore, if WSP did in fact bill them in previous years as Aber is stating, it is them who is negligent..again, the courts and lawyers will settle it one way or another...I have spoken to Aber several times in 1999 about Snap Lake and they made it quite clear that they were participating..as for Aber "not knowing how to do business"?..please spare us...
