Here's a link to the LA Times story from today. It might be unstable, so if you're interested in this newspaper's interpretation of data, you should probably check it out soon. latimes.com The mild "disclaimer" that acknowledges that many of these patients had other underlying conditions is buried somewhere in the middle. There's links to previous stories that the paper has run. For the most part, a lot of this is headline-grabbing bluster, but such is the nature of freedom of the press.
