Yes that's what I'm saying.

I'm sure you're right. But I was doing this back in the early 90's and didn't have much confidence in PC the backup products of that time.

Here we are 7, 8, or 9 years later and there's been enough time go by for the process to prove itself.

I don't plan on backing up to floppies. That's why I bought the Jaz2 drive. It's just that I have to ask dumb questions until I either obtain the information I need or I use up my quota.

And since we're on this topic of questions and quotas.... If you had a Win98 system (I realize Win98 is a dirty word to you) and a Jaz2 drive what software would you use to do backups (ranging from the entire system to just folders or files)?
