Message Received 11:24 PM ON 03/18/99 RE: Public Offering Order 100 IVIL We were unable to allocate shares. Possible reasons: Offering priced above limit or high demand for shares. From etrade... don't know if this was just me, or they had no shares to allocate to anyone... Any etraders get shares?
