Hello Fix, I dont think the project would get put on hold because its not really an issue over ownership but over interest in a JV with a clearly established operator who holds a majority position regardless. Aber might have to put money in trust to protect their interest till it is settled but I dont see anything here that would stop the project. Take a look at Hemlo, the mine was built and put into operation while the court case was running (I seem to recall, its been several years since I read Claims)and that was for 100% ownership. regards Walt
